What is Limbering & Conditioning for dance?
Limbering & Conditioning in an intergral part of every dancers routine. It uses a mixture of cardio, strengthening, and stretching exercises to improve the all-round strength and flexibility of a dancer. It teaches how to stretch and condition muscles to aid composure, technique and protect their muscles from damage.
Limbering is a functional fitness class specific to dance, which is pivotal for dancers to tone the body and improve fitness for safe execution of dance move.
