What is Dance Acro?
Acrobatic Dance, or “Acro” as it is commonly known, is about creating a seamless fusion between classical dance technique and the athleticism of acrobatic elements. Acro is about training students to seamlessly blend acrobatic movements like walkovers, tumbles and aerials into dance routines. To get the full benefit of Acro, students should attend a dance technique class such as Modern, Jazz or Contemporary alongside their Acro class.

The Acro uniform options are shown below. it consists of shorts, crop top and tan tights. For those who also attend our Modern, Jazz & Contemporary class, the leotard for this class can also be worn for Acro, so no need to buy an additional uniform.
